Terms of use
This site is where the figures of one automated trading account on Exness are published. The terms below state clearly what the site does and does not do, and how the figures on the site should be read.
1. Scope
The page publishes the operating figures of a personal trading account on Exness, run by an automated system. The page has one purpose only: to let readers verify that account’s trading results for themselves.
The site is not an investment advice service, not a fund management service, not a collective investment product, and does not accept capital management mandates in any form. Readers cannot deposit money with the site owner for them to trade on their behalf; there are no management fees, no profit sharing, and no contract is entered into by accessing the site. All figures displayed belong to the personal account mentioned above, not to any other user.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing on the page is investment advice, a buy or sell recommendation, or trading instruction for anyone. Every table, trade list and performance metric is meant only to describe what the account has done in the past.
The site owner makes no profit guarantee at any level, does not guarantee a win rate, does not guarantee a payback period, and does not warrant that the trading approach presented will continue to be effective. Past performance figures do not guarantee future results. Trading with leverage carries high risk; you may lose all of the capital you have deposited, and your loss may exceed the amount you originally intended, depending on market conditions and the broker’s regulations. Readers are responsible for all of their own decisions and should seek advice from a licensed professional if needed.
3. Nature of the figures
The figures are generated automatically from the trading system, with no manual editing. Because the data flow passes through several stages, the displayed numbers may be up to 60 seconds behind the true state at the broker; during hours of strong market volatility, or when the connection to the broker’s servers is interrupted, the delay may be longer, and the site will display the corresponding timestamp.
The prices shown are read from that account’s own MT5, not taken from a third-party source. The unrealised profit/loss of open trades is accumulated from price movements between two data snapshots, so it is an estimate; only the figure locked in at the moment a trade closes is the exact figure. Aggregate metrics such as win rate, profit factor and maximum drawdown are calculated over the set of closed trades.
For the reasons above, the figures on the site are not intended for tax reconciliation, not intended as accounting records, and not intended as a basis for complaints to the broker. When you need figures with legal validity or for official reconciliation, use the statements and reports issued by the broker itself.
4. Referral links to Exness
Some links on the site, including a button in the header and an item in the footer, are referral links (IB) to Exness. If you open an account through these links, the site owner may receive commission from Exness.
That commission is paid by Exness and does not increase the trading fees, spread or deposit/withdrawal fees of the person who registers compared with registering directly. The site owner receives no additional amount from the person who registers, has no access to their account and does not interfere with their trades. Whether or not to use a referral link is entirely for readers to decide; you may go directly to the Exness homepage if you wish.
5. Service disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The site owner does not warrant that the site will always be accessible, always up to date, or free of errors. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, become overloaded, cease to be served by the infrastructure provider or the domain name provider, or suffer an incident causing data to be lost, corrupted or unrecoverable; some of these cases are beyond the site owner’s control.
To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from visiting the page, from relying on the figures shown, from the page being unavailable, or from any trading decision a reader makes after consulting it. If you do not agree with these terms, the only remedy is to stop using the page.
6. Intellectual property
The textual content, the presentation, the interface source code, the system name "Smart Money Top-Down" and the accompanying branding belong to the site owner. You may quote figures and content for discussion, study or press purposes provided that you clearly credit the source and include a link back to this site.
You may not copy the whole page to rebuild it as another page, use its content to advertise another financial product, or present this account’s figures as your own or as those of an investment fund. The names and marks of Exness, MT5 and other third parties belong to their respective owners; mentioning them here implies no agency, sponsorship or endorsement beyond the referral relationship described in section 4.
7. Changes to the terms and contact
These terms may be revised when the way the page operates or the relevant rules change. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the update date at the top. Continuing to access the page after the terms are updated means you accept the new version.
Questions about the terms, about how the figures are calculated, or requests to correct content can be sent to nguyenduclong.ict@gmail.com.
